About The Role :: Derived quality plans for all incoming material, finished goods and outgoing materials Analysis of all incoming material like paper board, CFC, adhesive, varnish, inks, lamination films, and all incoming material and provide its report with proper gm Maintained the all testing report in a format as per customer wise. In process on line inspection report on different stage like printing, punching pasting, lamination end sheet pasting Final inspection of finished goods as per iso inspection plan and hand over the finished good to dispatched Deptt. As per customers requirements, we have provided a food-grade certificate or migration certificate along with our goods Maintained all the quality types of equipment with proper SOP and maintained the testing results in our format. All equipments are calibrated and a calibration certificate is in the record. Prepare supplier and customer complaints reports and close with proper compliance(RCA) Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes Devise and review specifications for products.or processes Set requirements for raw material or intermediate products for suppliers and monitor their Compliance Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines es well as legalizations Super Ge inspectors, technicians, and other staff and other guidanceand feedback. Approvethe right products and reject a defective product.Full responsible for food-grade auditand complete all compline and get all need certificate.
