Role & responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
 o Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, 
 and select 
. o Design and execute on boarding programs to ensure smooth integrate on of new hires
.
2. Performance Management
o Develop and implement performance evaluate on systems.
o Work with department heads to define KPIs and provide feedback mechanisms for employees
.
3. Employee Engagement & Relations
o Organize engagement ac vi es to maintain a postive work environment.
o Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions effectively.
4. HR Policies & Compliance
o Design, review, and update HR policies and handbooks to align with legal and organizational standards.
o Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and employment policies.
5. Learning & Development
o Iden fy training needs and collaborate with relevant teams to organize development programs. o Foster a culture of con nuous learning.
6. Payroll & Benefits Administra on
o Supervise payroll processing, including leaves, a endance, and salary disbursements.
o Manage employee benefits programs, including insurance, rewards, and other perks.
o Processing of PF in coordina on with the agency
7. HR Analytics & Reporting
o Prepare HR metrics and reports to aid in strategic decision-making.
o Analyze data on recruitment, reten on, and workforce produc vity. Key Skills & Competencies
• In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.
• Strong interpersonal and communica on skills.
• Proven exper se in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
• Proficiency in HRIS and payroll so ware.
• Analy cal thinking and data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to handle sensi ve and confiden al informa on with discre on.
• Excellent organization and me-management skills. Qualification
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administrate on, or related field
