About Us

Provide customization, development, enhancement, and support for Salesforce.com CRM Applications.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to the improvement of development processes and best practices within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Skills Required:

Minimum 4-6 years of software development experience.
Solid understanding of Object-Oriented development and design, including experience with design patterns and writing clean, maintainable code.
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, MySQL, JavaScript, and integrating web services.
Experience in implementing Salesforce Lightning and creating custom Lightning components.
Familiarity with Sales and Service Cloud.
Proven experience in creating Visualforce pages, Lightning Components, Apex classes, and triggers.
Experience in setting up the Salesforce Data security model like Profiles, permission sets, OWD, role hierarchy, sharing setting etc.
Working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
Experience with deployment using complex enterprise Force.com release management and knowledge of Force.com Metadata API.
Experience with Agile development methodologies such as Scrum

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
Salesforce Certifications: Platform Developer I, Administrator, and preferably Platform Developer II or Sales/Service Cloud Certification.
