Business Analyst

We are hiring business analysts to join our team. You will work alongside other business analysts and report directly to the project manager. Your main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing some user acceptance testing. To succeed in this role you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.

The candidate is responsible for generating business from online Bidding Portals like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, Elance, People per hour, etc.

• Experienced in a customer-facing role for 6 months to 2 Years specifically on Upwork, Freelancer.
• Extensive knowledge of Technical assets and objects with the intent of having a fair idea of Website development and Processes.
• Should have the ability to build our Upwork profile from scratch.
• Excellent Professional Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
• Expert in Interpersonal communication and Presentation Skills while illustrating the Customer s Business Needs.
• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
• Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
• Proficient in using Office 365 / G-Suite Productivity Suites as a part of corporate productivity.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Preference to those candidates who have previous successful bids on Business Application development Proposals.

• Generate business via portals like Upwork, and Freelancer.
• Make cold calls to explore new business opportunities and Interact with clients Should have knowledge of Web Development company.
• Explore and develop new business opportunities and understand clients requirements and acquisitions.
• Knowledge of bidding portals ( Upwork, Freelancer)
• Getting projects / Making new clients for the company.
• Bringing new projects through bidding, Client communication, Proposal making/writing, Excellent communication interpersonal skills, Flair for business development.
• Sound knowledge of IT terminologies
