About Us

Description

We are looking for a qualified Customer Support Intern to support LugBee users Hosts over Phone calls, Online Meeting, Chat email. To be successful as a customer support executive, you should display excellent interpersonal and communication skills. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for contacting customers and responding to their complaints in a professional manner. In addition to this, you should possess good listening skills with the ability to complete the required tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting the customer through Phone Calls, Chat, email ticketing system.
  • To support LugBee users hosts in completing the booking process.
  • Scheduling and delivering online training to our hosts users.
  • Overseeing the customer host service process.
  • Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers.
  • Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
  • Resolving customer complaints and queries.
  • Maintaining records of each phone call for future reference.
  • Maintaining a healthy relationship with the clients.
  • Adhering to the company s rules and regulations.
Requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities.
  • A quick learner with exceptional ability to make decisions.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and maintain a calm composure.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the team.
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Email.
  • Proficient in online meeting tools like Google Meet, Skype, Anydesk etc.
