Senior Developer

We are looking for a highly experienced software developer who has a deep understanding of the development process and technologies. They will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex software systems and leading the development effort on large projects. They will also mentor and guide junior developers, and help to establish best practices and standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Leads the design and development of complex software systems. Writes clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Mentors and provides technical guidance to junior developers. Collaborates with other team members and stakeholders to define, design, and ship new features. Ensures the quality of code through code reviews, testing, and debugging. Stays up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies. Recommends new tools and processes to improve development efficiency and reliability. Leads technical discussions and makes technical decisions. Works with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues. Contributes to the development of software architecture and design. Requirements 6+ years of experience in web or mobile development Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Strong experience in software development and coding. Strong experience with multiple programming languages and technologies specifically on javascript, python and flutter. Excellent leadership, mentorship, and communication skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Experience in leading development teams and delivering high-quality software. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
