Process Quality Engineer- Noida/Bhiwadi

Role & responsibilities

The Line & PDI Auditor is responsible to ensure the process & product Quality at EMS site on behalf of HMD. Collaborate with factory quality teams in ensuring shipment dispatched on time with quality.

Responsibilities:

• Handle factory OQC inspectors & Responsible for managing the overall process of functional and visual inspection of the Mobile (FP & SP) before dispatch.
• Responsible for ensuring stringent checks/ inspections with support of EMS factory inspectors
• For NPI model, Develop and maintain comprehensive PDI procedures and checklists to ensure the mobile quality
• Perform factory Line Audit daily basis to ensure the Process & product quality.
• Collaborate with factory line operators & train them to avoid process issues.
• Review market failure, Drive& monitor the improvement actions at factory site.
• Review the PDI inspection report & approve the lot for dispatch.
• In case of any lot rejection in PDI, Drive factory team for containment action & improvement action.
• Source Inspection of materials at respective supplier locations & new part development activities.

Qualifications:

• Full time bachelors degree in EEE & ECE
• A minimum of 4 to 6 years of Quality inspection & Audit Skills
• MS Office tools Excel, Power BI Dashboards
• Knowledge of fundamental production & Quality Concepts/ISO 9001.
• Mandatory SD Skills i.e. QC tools, FMEA, 8D report, PPAP, Calibration & Electronic component handling

Preferred candidate profile

• English & Hindi - Excellent oral, written communication is mandatory.
• Experience in process documentation.
• Basic analysis and problem resolution skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work under continual deadline constraints.
• Travelling required 40% to Bhiwadi & Noida & supplier location in PAN India.
• Willing to working in Shift.
