Experience working in Agile and Story writing, use cases writing etc Strong understanding of customization, configuration, workflows, business rules, and Power Platform integration (Power Apps, Power Automate). Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills. Experience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies. Familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, Visio, and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team. Should have Excellent verbal and written communication skills. RESPONSIBILITIES: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and product owners. Write clear, concise user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria following Agile practices. Break down complex processes into epics and stories to create a structured, value-driven product backlog. Act as a key liaison between business and development teams, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Organize stories into themes and map related business processes. Ensure full business engagement during design, development, and testing phases. Provide insights to improve business processes, not just relay requirements.
