Good communication and technical skills.
Requirement gathering and analysis.
Preparing scope of work/BRD and other required documents.
Ability to handle clients following SDLC process.
Wireframing/UML experience.
Experience with lead management on CRM.
Strategies for closing deals and generating revenue.
Smooth client onboarding and handing over to project manager.
Good business skills ensuring client satisfaction.
Good knowledge in web /mobile app/game development.
Work independently and with team.
Experience with Upwork, people per hour, etc would be a plus.
An independent contributor , not heavily relying on leads to be given .
Flexible for both inbound and outbound roles.
Good grasp over mobile Apps majorly in areas of Social Networking , Fintech , Edutech , On-demand , Blockchain , AR/ VR , Unity , Unreal games etc .
Able to lead a team and designate tasks and set an achievable goal for each Quarter.
Willing to travel overseas to participate and represent companily in various Tech events for networking and building sales pipeline.
