Job Role:
Looking for a high-spirited individual with smart personality, impressive presentation skills, highly confident, technically literate (IT services sales/ account management) individual.
Key Responsibilities:
Initiate first contact with the incoming leads through call, email, chat etc.
Build repo with the prospects to arrange meeting with the BDMs
Create documents/ proposals as guided by the manager
Provide support to the assigned BDM at all possible times in order to close the deals.
Must have desire to grow and reach the top most quickest.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Contribute to the overall sales and business development strategy
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices
Knowledge about B2B & B2C sales
Required Qualifications:
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Outspoken and ability to take decision on own
Must have basic knowledge of web/ app development services
Must have worked/ communicated with offshore clients or enterprise clients from India.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Experience in delivering product demonstrations and presentations
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
Strong negotiation and influencing skills
Familiarity with CRM and other sales management tools
Capability to travel for client meetings as required
Professional certifications in business analysis or sales is a plus
