About Us

  • Minimum 4+ years as an HR professional in the IT/Tech industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT recruitment and workforce planning.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office Suite.
  • Deep knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements.
  • Must have experience in Policy Formulations.
  • Should have skills for Vendor Management.
  • Experience in Campus recruitment and conducting walk-ins at greater scale.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and drive organizational initiatives. Should have managed a team of 4+ before.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up, dynamic tech environment.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent.
  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and design job descriptions.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, morale, and engagement.
  • Conduct regular employee feedback sessions and develop action plans for improvement.
  • Oversee the performance appraisal process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers for effective performance evaluations.
  • Develop and implement performance improvement plans (PIPs) as needed.
  • To manage vendor and their payouts.
  • Identify training needs and design learning programs to upskill employees in line with industry trends.
  • Facilitate leadership development initiatives to build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Collaborate with external vendors for specialized technical training sessions.
  • Develop and update HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and industry standards.
  • Manage employee documentation, including contracts, offer letters, and NDAs.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, including PF, ESI, and gratuity.
  • Design competitive compensation structures to attract and retain top talent.
  • Conduct market benchmarking to ensure salary parity within the tech industry.
  • Oversee payroll processing and manage employee benefits programs.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and inclusivity.
  • Lead change management initiatives to support business growth and transformation.
  • Drive employee recognition programs to celebrate achievements and milestones.
  • Leverage HRMS tools for efficient workforce management.
  • Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports to guide decision-making.
  • Stay updated on HR tech trends to enhance operational efficiency.
