Excellent communication skills.
Qualifications. Bachelors degree in business, information technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a business analyst in IT projects.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of relevant technologies and tools.
