Client Industry: Tours and Travels

Experience: 5 to 8 Years of experience Preferred (Industry - Hospitality and Tours & Travels)

Education: MBA - BBA HR

Location: Ajmer


Role & responsibilities

Recruitment and Staffing:  


  • Overseeing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection. 
  • Developing recruitment strategies to attract top talent.  
  • Assigning the chosen candidate to the appropriate position within the organization  
  • Managing the on boarding process for new hires.  
  • Regularly evaluating employee performance to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas  
  • for improvement.

Training and Development:


  • Identifying training needs and designing relevant training programs.
  • Coordinating employee development initiatives and opportunities.  
  • Tracking and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.

Employee Competency mapping: ISO 9001:2015  


  • Excellent knowledge of Strategic Planning, Organizational Effectiveness, Talent Development and leadership effectiveness  
  • Mentor and guide leaders to manage their own performance and of their teams and create pipeline of potential leaders  
  • Administrative function of the company and build good relationships and keep adequate  communication with all levels of employees and manage employee relations.

HR Systems and Technology:  


  • Utilizing HR software and tools to streamline processes.  
  • Managing HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and ensuring data accuracy.  
  • Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.  
  • Create and implement effective onboarding plans  
  • Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues  
  • Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal  requirements
