Role & responsibilities -
The role involves developing and implementing HR policies, managing recruitment and onboarding
processes, fostering a positive work culture, and ensuring compliance with employment laws
HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Maintain upto date knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement
Conduct employee surveys and feedback sessions
Reporting: Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports.
