Job Description

Roles & responsibilities

1. Carrying out detailed breakdown for requirements captured from business/manufacturing/Operations teams

2. Working closely and collaborating with the developers and testers for accurate time estimations for various tasks

3. Ensuring strict adherence to SDLC and software development process in the development testing and release of any product

4. Designing and monitoring of various product teams to help every team memeber have calrity on every short term priorities

5. Scoping out any major development, redesigns and bug fixing and carrying out accurate time estimation for the same prior to initating development activities.

6. Working closely with CTO to ensure any and every technical blocker being faced by team members resolved.

7. Designing and delivering on training and upskilling objectives of various team members with in the embedded teams.

8. Ensuring no single point dependency for any product / Technology

Cross Functional Engagement

1. Handling all conversations with Product Management / Operations / business / Manufacturing teams for understanding requirement and / or debottlenecking any engineering for the product teams

2. Coordinating all activites related to prototyping and pilot productions with other functions

3. Responsible for conducting code and design reviews with architects / or CTO of Polaris as and when required.

4. Organisinf and / or preparing release documents, product documentations for all products falling under this role.
