Junior business analyst

• We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to help us improve our business efficiency
• The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business strategies and models, communicating to management how these strategies will enhance business efficiency, and creating monthly reports on business performance
• They will also need to use these reports to identify areas for improvement, and identify ways to improve client satisfaction

Responsibilities:

• Work with clients to understand requirements and maintain good communication skills.

• Possess experience working with Upwork, Freelancer platform.

• Research, create, and present plans, analysis, and technical reports to executive team members.

• Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements.

• Monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, and recommending actions.

• Utilize a variety of data analysis and organizational tools to uncover insights.

Skills/Experience:

• Expertise in business requirement analysis, including requirement gathering and documentation.

• Capable of interacting with technical and functional teams and communicating challenges and risks.

• A good team player and quick learner.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Good to have:

• Knowledge of Figma and wire framing.

• Self-motivated to learn new products and tools in the Business Development area.

• A bachelor s degree in Business, IT, or related field.

• 0-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst.

• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• The ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with effective communication and leadership skills.

• Proficiency in maintaining meeting minutes, meeting schedules, project summaries, and updates.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
