Senior business analyst

• We are looking to hire a highly driven Business Analyst to assist the company to improve business efficiency
• Business Analysts responsibilities will involve developing new business strategies and models, communicating to management on how these strategies and models will enhance business efficiency, and creating monthly reports on the performance of the business
• You should also be able to utilize the monthly reports to identify business areas in need of improvement
• To be successful as a Business Analyst, you should be able to effectively manage the business analyst team
• Ultimately, a top-performing Business Analyst should be able to identify ways in which to improve customer satisfaction

Responsibilities:-

• Good communication skills to work with clients to understand requirements.

• Good experience working with Upwork, Freelancer and PPH platform.

• Ability to research, create and present plans, analysis technical reports to

• executive team members by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

• Ability to analyze current business processes and make recommendations for improvement.

• Ability to monitors projects progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions.

• Ability to use a variety of data analysis and organizational tools to uncover insights. Skills/ Experience:

• Expertise in business requirement analysis requirement gathering, documentation, etc.

• Expertise in SQL and Databases

• Strong proficiency in writing SRS and functional documentation, test coverage, etc. Expertise in UI/UX design

• Capable of interacting with technical and functional teams and communicating challenges and risks

• Must be a good team player and a quick learner

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Good to have:

• Knowledge Adobe XD or other prototyping tools

• Self-motivated to learn new products and tools in the BI/BA/UI area

• Education: Bachelors or higher degree in computer science or equivalent.

• Should have 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst

• Bachelor s Degree in Business, Accounting, IT or any related field

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst

• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• The ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Effective communication and leadership skills

• Proficiency in maintaining issue logs, meeting minutes, meeting schedules, project summaries and updates.
