About Us

Production Planning:

Develop and implement production plans to meet sales and inventory targets.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align production schedules with demand forecasts.

Quality Control:

Establish and enforce quality control standards throughout the production process.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure that products meet or exceed quality specifications.

Vendor Management:

Manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
Negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components.

Team Leadership:

Lead and supervise production staff, providing guidance and support.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to enhance productivity and morale.

Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements.
Implement best practices to enhance overall production performance.

Cost Management:

Monitor production costs and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
Collaborate with the finance team to develop and manage production budgets.

Health and Safety Compliance:

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the production facility.
Implement and enforce safety protocols to protect employees and maintain a safe working environment.

Inventory Management:

Work closely with the inventory team to manage stock levels and prevent overstock or stockout situations.
Implement inventory control measures to optimize stock turnover.

Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical from reputed and recognised university.
Proven experience as a Production Manager or in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
