Role Overview:

The Manager - PPC is responsible for planning, scheduling, and controlling the production processes to ensure the efficient utilization of resources, meeting delivery deadlines, and maintaining product quality. This role involves close coordination with production, procurement, and sales departments to align production schedules with customer demands.

Responsibilities:

1. Production Planning :
   
   
   
   
   • Develop detailed production schedules to meet customer requirements and minimize lead time.
   
   
   • Analyze production capacity and adjust schedules based on demand forecasts.
   
   
   
   


2. Inventory Management :
   
   
   
   • Maintain optimum levels of raw material and finished goods inventory.
   
   
   • Coordinate with procurement to ensure the timely availability of raw materials.
   
   
   
   


3. Process Optimization :
   
   
   
   • Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve production efficiency.
   
   
   • Optimize machine utilization and reduce downtime.
   
   
   
   


4. Coordination :
   
   
   
   • Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to understand demand and delivery schedules.
   
   
   • Liaise with quality assurance to ensure product compliance with standards.
   
   
   
   


5. Reporting and Documentation :
