About Us

Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors who provide solar-related materials and components, negotiating favorable terms and conditions.
Procurement: Source and purchase solar panels, inverters, batteries, mounting structures, cables, and other materials required for solar energy projects, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, track stock, and ensure the availability of required materials while minimizing excess inventory and associated costs.
Cost Control: Develop and implement strategies to reduce procurement costs, negotiate pricing and terms, and seek opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality or reliability.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all materials and components purchased meet industry and company quality standards and specifications.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to procurement and supply chain management, including environmental and safety standards.
Order Processing: Manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the creation and management of the departmental budget, as well as provide input into long-term procurement planning.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop contingency plans to mitigate them, such as identifying alternative suppliers.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, contracts, and supplier agreements.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as project management, engineering, and finance, to ensure alignment in procurement activities with project schedules and financial objectives.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and emerging suppliers to inform purchasing decisions and drive innovation.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelors degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field.
Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Knowledge of solar energy components and technology.
Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of sustainability and environmental considerations in procurement.
Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in the solar industry.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
