As we expand our operations, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Research and Development to lead our R&D initiatives and enhance product quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Team Management: Oversee and mentor a diverse team including QC Managers, Quality Executives, Machine Operators, Sample Machine Operators, and Colour Matching Executives, ensuring adherence to quality standards and operational efficiency.
• Quality Control Oversight: Ensure all quality control processes are executed accurately and efficiently, meeting established timelines for polymer, polymer compound, and masterbatch testing.
• Client Relations Management: Address client complaints effectively and implement solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
• New Product Development Planning: Collaborate with the Plant Head, Sales, Business Development teams, and Process Coordinators to strategize new product developments that align with market needs.
• Research Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute research strategies that foster innovation while keeping abreast of industry trends and advancements.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: A minimum of 8 years in R&D roles within the colour masterbatches or plastics industry with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Education: ITI/ Diploma/ B.Sc/ B.Tech/B.E. in Plastics Engineering or related fields is essential. Candidates from CIPET (Central Institute of Petrochemicals Engineering & Technology) are preferred.

• Expertise in Polymer Testing and Quality Assurance processes.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and clients.
