About Us

Primary Responsibility:
  • Must be proficient with hands on work in designing screen mockups and navigation and UI controls keeping user experience in mind.
  • Must have prior experience in designing web screens for a web based product. Screens where users transact and make changes , not just static screens that are primarily read only.
  • Manage backlog of feature requirements, prioritizing features and communicating prioritization and timelines persuasively across teams and stakeholders
  • Translate customer and prospect profiles into user personas, and manage user journey maps.
  • Drive business impact by contributing to product design, testing/piloting, and market launch efforts.
  • Driving in-depth market research to develop market needs
  • Developing financial analyses to justify new product development
  • Analyse test and site data to identify key customer pain points and opportunities for refinement, new solutions, and growth
  • Conduct user testing on our online experience to inform product decision making
  • Develop a framework to measure the success of product improvements over time
  • Work closely with analytics and technology teams to ensure systems and programs are satisfying consumer needs and driving the business.
  • Identify, understand, and represents the customer s needs in the development of products for the organization.
  • Driving in-depth market research to develop market needs
  • Developing financial analyses to justify new product development
Desired Candidate Profile
  • 3 to 7 years of experience working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and other open source tools with experience presenting to stakeholders and / or Senior Leadership.
  • Proven ability to demonstrate a drive for results and accountability of business needs
  • Strong experience presenting to executive sponsors and demonstrated communication skills; both written and oral with technical and non-technical staff, all levels of management
  • Interpersonal skills to influence and spur change, facilitate and enhance performance within a cross functional environment
  • Demonstrate decisiveness in resolving business problems, making decisions and identifying priorities
  • Willing to travel to US & Uk
