Requirements :-
  • Should have good knowledge of online bidding on portals (Freelancer, and Upwork).
  • Must have experience working as a BA interfacing with technical teams.
  • Experience writing and reviewing business processes, functional design and working among development teams.
  • Should have good working knowledge of SRS and other documentation.
  • Strong analytical skills to ask the right questions ; excellent requirement gathering and analysis skills.
  • Ability to work under extremely pressured condition and produce required result.
  • Result driven individual with the ability to manage stress effectively.
  • Time management skills; and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Good with Proposal making.
  • Excellent written verbal communication skills.
  • Must be a team player, keen to learn, possess a good attitude and be self-disciplined.
Job Responsibilities :-
  • Performs feasibility analysis, scope projects, and works with the project management team to prioritize deliverables, and negotiate on product functionalities.
  • Creates a detailed Business Requirement Document (BRD) and translate it into functional specifications.
  • Provides analytic support by coordinating data extraction from various databases and data interpretation.
  • Partners with development and analytic teams to provide reporting on software solutions.
  • Meet and exceed targets that have to do with revenue activities, customer acquisition, profit margin, and general growth of the company. .
