• > Passion for Software Development and well-versed in Popular PHP Frameworks.

• > Experience with MVC architecture and various development frameworks/technologies such as: CI, Laravel, Magento, OpenCart, Shopify and related other skills.

• > Experience with GitHub, HubSpot and Salesforce is a bonus.

• > Provide technical leadership and promote best practices.

• > Assist in the development of strategic planning for the department.

• > Coach team on how to deal with stress & frustrations & is a go to person for related discussions.

• > Encourage others to strive for continuous improvement.

• > Contribute to the environment and structure that nurtures drive and enthusiasm within a team.

• > Participate in gathering and preparing performance feedback for team members.

• > Proactively seek training and developmental opportunities related to software development and recommends for self and others.

• > Work directly with external customers to ensure proper integration with RG Infotech and to identify customer specific requirements

• > Coordinate with PM/Sales Head/BDM and management to ensure team is focused on providing the correct customer experience

• > Reporting to PM/Management on Daily Basis
