Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gatheringinformation; evaluating output requirements and formats

Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writingspecifications

Improve systems by studying current practices; designing modifications

Recommend controls by identifying problems; writing improved procedures

Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing informationand trends

Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processesusing operational metrics and reports

Create informative, actionable, and repeatable reporting that highlightsrelevant business trends and opportunities for improvement

Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues

Degree: Master of Business Administration - MBA, Master of Computer Applications - MCA

Required Certification/s:

Degree in Business Intelligence / Business Analysis / DataAnalysis

Required Knowledge:

SQL / Database / Excel experience preferred

Strong statistical analysis skills required

Other:

Work experience as part of ERP team preferred.

Worked in role and capacity of MIS development
