3. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
4. Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
5. Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the organization.
6. Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
7. Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
8. Maintain compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
9. Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
10. Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
11. Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy and timeliness of payments.
12. Manage HR records and maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
13. Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees on various HR-related matters.
14. Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent.
15. Follow up with the Engineers to collect the travel conveyances.
