Role & responsibilities
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding.
* Multilingual proficiency in English, Tamil, and Hindi is mandatory.
* Strong understanding and experience with compliance.
* Develop and implement effective HR policies, procedures, and programs to support business objectives.
* Oversee employee lifecycle management, ensuring a seamless transition from hire to retire.
* Collaborate with business heads to identify talent gaps and develop talent strategies.
* Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
Immediate to 20 days Joiners preferred.
