About Us

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Business Analyst to join ourteam. As a Trainee Business Analyst, you will be involved in gathering, analyzing, anddocumenting business requirements, as well as supporting the communication betweentechnical and non-technical stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to learn andgrow in the field of business analysis, contributing to projects that enhance businessprocesses, improve efficiency, and drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with stakeholders to gather clear and concise business requirements.
Assist in identifying business needs and translating them into actionable requirements.
Collaborate with senior business analysts and project managers to ensure allrequirements are aligned with business objectives.
Communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuringclarity and mutual understanding of requirements.
Assist in creating and maintaining key project documentation such as BusinessRequirements Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications (FS), and UseCases.
Follow existing business analysis processes and methodologies to ensureconsistency in project execution.
Maintain process documentation and contribute to process improvements whereapplicable.
Collaborate with various teams including developers, testers, project managers,and business stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologiesrelevant to business analysis.
Proactively seek opportunities for professional development, such as trainingcourses, certifications, or attending relevant conferences.

Qualifications:

Prior internship or academic experience in business analysis or relatedfields is a plus, but not required.
Strong interest in learning about business processes and how technologysolutions can be applied.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diversestakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to document requirements clearly and concisely.
Familiarity with business analysis tools and techniques
Willingness to learn and apply new concepts in business analysis.
Basic understanding of business analysis frameworks and methodologies
