Lead Requirement Architect

Secure Meters Limited is hiring Lead Requirement Architect.

Job Description-

• Lead Requirement Analysis (RA)’ and ‘User Experience (UX)’

teams to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables aligned with

program milestones

• Develop and manage complete, user-focused requirements

throughout the development lifecycle

• Promote best practices in requirements elicitation, visualization,

and stakeholder engagement

• Guide UX integration with user stories, storyboarding, personas,

wireframes and mockups

• Oversee risk management and cost considerations across system

deliverables

• Maintain strong team dynamics, skill development, and motivation

Key Performance Indicators-

• Alignment of requirements with program scope and vision
• Effective stakeholder validation and prioritization of requirements
• Timely delivery of user-centered artifacts (wireframes, mockups,

prototypes)

• Minimization of requirement changes and post-delivery defects
• High cohesion between RA & UX teams
