Qualification: B.tech (Electronics/Electricals)

8 to 12 years of experience

Key requirement:

• To lead Supplier excellence program by educating supplier by using the Shainin tools & Lean manufacturing to control process variations and part inconsistencies in order to receive zero defect parts.
• Development and establishment of robust processes at suppliers to sustainably improve supplier competitiveness by doing system/process reviews/audits, workshops and Shainin, Hygiene projects for parts in order to achieve organization goal of achieving zero defect status
• Engage suppliers to develop and establish robust processes at suppliers through audits workshops and projects ( Hygiene & Shainin )
• Review supplier performance through monthly supplier score cards
• Follow the certification process by preparing acceptance criteria etc
• Ensure effective closure by adopting appropriate hygine and Shainin tools
• Keep track on internal failure ppm levels of respective ZD commodity parts
• Ensure verification of implementation of appropriate measures as told by Commodity Leader for parts getting developed against humanization project
• Review Acceptance Criteria of all parts at regular intervals.
• Track the tool life status and ensure refurbishment / replacement of tools (for only tooled parts like molding/metal) prior to their completion of tool life. 
• Communication and team management skills.
