About Us

Role & responsibilities


1. Human Resource Management

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals.
  • Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract top talent.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.
  • Develop performance management systems, including appraisals and feedback mechanisms.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, industrial regulations, and company policies.

2. Training & Employee Development

  • Identify training needs and implement development programs for employees.
  • Organize skill enhancement and leadership training sessions.
  • Promote employee engagement and career growth initiatives.

3. Payroll & Compensation Management

  • Oversee payroll processing, salary structures, and employee benefits.
  • Ensure timely salary disbursement and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).
  • Monitor attendance, leaves, and work shifts to optimize productivity.

4. Administration & Facility Management

  • Oversee office administration, including security, housekeeping, and infrastructure maintenance.
  • Manage vendor contracts for office supplies, transport, and canteen services.
  • Ensure workplace safety, health, and hygiene standards.

5. Legal & Compliance

  • Ensure company adherence to labor laws, factory regulations, and employee welfare policies.
  • Manage audits related to HR and administrative compliance.
  • Maintain employee records and documentation as per legal requirements.

6. Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare HR reports for senior management on workforce planning and employee performance.
  • Collaborate with different departments to align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover rates for improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in HR and Administration, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setup.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, industrial relations, and HR best practices.
  • Experience with HR software, payroll management, and ERP systems.
  • Strong leadership and people management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.

Working Conditions:

  • Office-based role with occasional visits to factory premises and external meetings.
  • Regular interaction with employees, management, and external vendors.
