About Us

Develop, maintain, and optimize automated test scripts using Python and Robot Framework.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Development, QA, and Product) to design effective test automation strategies and identify key test scenarios.
Perform performance testing using JMeter and generate detailed reports.
Create and maintain Mock Services to simulate backend systems, improving test reliability and coverage.
Leverage AI-based testing tools to enhance the accuracy, efficiency, and coverage of automated tests.
Perform root cause analysis of test failures and work with developers to resolve issues.
Implement and manage continuous integration and continuous testing pipelines.
Document test processes, results, and automation scripts.
Contribute to improving test strategies and frameworks.

Requirements

Experience and Expertise:

Strong experience with Python and automated test scripting.
Hands-on experience with Robot Framework for functional and regression testing.
Proficiency in using JMeter for performance and load testing.
Experience with mocking frameworks and Mock Services to simulate complex backends.
Familiarity with AI-based testing tools (e.g., machine learning models for test generation, error prediction).
Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
Ability to write clear, maintainable, and reusable code for automation scripts.
Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment.
