Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Lead - Full Stack Developer to drive the development and implementation of innovative projects using emerging technologies. The ideal candidate will mentor and guide team members, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and evaluate new technology solutions to improve business processes. This role requires a proactive individual who stays current with the latest technological advancements.

Overall Responsibilities:

Lead the development and implementation of projects utilizing emerging technologies.

Stay updated on the latest technological advancements and industry trends.

Technical Skills:

Front-End Development:

Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, and jQuery.

Experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular or React.

Back-End Development:

Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g. C#, Java, Python).

Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks (Node.js).

Database Management:

Experience with databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL.

Web Servers & UI/UX Design:

Familiarity with web servers (e.g. Apache).

Understanding of UI/UX design principles.

Experience:

Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in software development and leading technology projects.

Proven track record of delivering projects using emerging technologies.

Experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members.

Proven experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Day-to-Day Activities:

Manage the development and delivery of technology projects.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Collaborate with various teams to ensure project alignment with business strategies.

Evaluate and recommend new technology solutions to improve processes.

Remain informed about the latest industry trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Relevant certifications in emerging technologies are a plus.

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Excellent interpersonal and team-working abilities.

Capability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
