Requirements:
MBA/PGDM in HR or related field
5-10 years of HR experience, preferably in IT/Tech companies
Strong knowledge of labor laws & HR best practices
Experience in HRMS, talent management & retention strategies
Excellent leadership, communication & problem-solving skills.
