• Expertise in pan India recruitment for IT and Non-Technical
• Managing the complete cycle of recruitment (Sourcing, screening, coordination)
• Manages complete process of Onboarding and Exit Process
• Design and implement company policies
• Expertise in Performance management process
• Handle grievance matters/legal matters
• Execute payroll processing.
