Technical Business Analyst

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding and translating client integration requirements, coordinating with the development team to implement solutions, and providing ongoing support to ensure seamless client interactions

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the integration process.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their integration needs and gather detailed requirements.

• Document Technical requirements and collaborate with development team for solution design.

• Provide regular updates to clients on project status, timelines, and any potential issues.

• Coordinate within development qa team to test deploy the integration solution.

• Create comprehensive documentation for integration processes, including technical specifications, user guides, and troubleshooting procedures.
