  • To follow good laboratory practices
  • To perform the sampling & analysis of Raw material, Packaging Material and Miscellaneous material
  • Operation of RLAF Unit and Cleaning of Raw Material and Packaging Material Sampling Room, RLAF Unit and Sampling Tools
  • To operate Bursting Strength Tester
  • To operate the TOC analyzer
  • Operation and Calibration of Electronic Balance
  • Monitoring and recording of temperature and relative humidity in Quality Control Department Sample preparation & Related documentation for the sample to be sent to the outside laboratory
  • Disposal of Residual Sample, Left over material of Quality Control
  • To maintain procurement, receipt, storage and usage of volumetric solution and table reagent
  • Record the analytical document online and submit to reviewer / section head after completion
  • Monitoring and Recording of temperature, relative humidity and differential pressure
  • To prepare the COA of Raw material, Packaging Material and Miscellaneous material To verify the cleaning record of QC Immediately information to the QC - Head in case of any abnormal observation found during analysis To maintain the discipline in laboratory
  • To maintain cleaning in the department Any other responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time
