IT Business Analyst

Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for IT-related platforms, such as Jira, Slack, SharePoint, project management tools, and content management tools Coordinate with IT and other internal and external stakeholders to guarantee that business requirements are supported Contribute significantly to the creation of processes and service-level specifications Create draft specifications for the system and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) Escalate system problems and work with the Incident Management Team and Service Desk to resolve them Create and maintain new processes to guarantee that projects and new change requests are implemented smoothly As errors arise, fix them and try to prevent them from happening again Create, record, and implement logistical procedures as required Work together with the IT, People, and Communications departments to make sure that the systems complement each other Provide support and backup for other team members in the Digital Workplace Adopt a customer-focused strategy to assist internal customers Job Requirements: Bachelor s/Master s degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science (or equivalent experience) At least 5+ years of relevant experience as an IT Business Analyst 5+ years of project management tool usage experience Comprehensive knowledge of IT policies and procedures for the introduction of new systems, the creation of system-level specifications and UAT, and the distribution of upgrades Demonstrable experience working with PowerPoint, Lucidchart/Spark, and Jira Ability to act tactically and think systematically Aptitude to create and analyze business intelligence and data to support decision-making and execution Thorough understanding of the connections between logistics and other components of the automotive ecosystem Ability to communicate clearly, consider the big picture, and provide technical facts in a concise manner when explaining complicated issues to a range of audiences Proven proficiency with Microsoft Excel with the ability to leverage VLOOKUP functionality, shortcuts, and many axes and data series to generate complex charts and pivot tables Excellent spoken and written English communication skills Role: Business Analyst Industry Type: IT Services & Consulting Department: Data Science & Analytics Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Role Category: Business Intelligence & Analytics Education UG: Any Graduate PG: Any Postgraduate read more Key Skills Content managementService levelExcelProject managementVLOOKUPIncident managementBusiness intelligenceAutomotiveLogistics
