Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy predictive models, recommendation systems, and statistical analysis to improve user engagement and learning outcomes.
• Work with large-scale educational datasets to extract insights and optimize student learning paths.
• Design A/B testing strategies to measure and enhance the effectiveness of product features.
• Implement machine learning algorithms to personalize learning content and improve platform efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to drive data-informed decision-making.
• Develop and maintain dashboards & reports using Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools.
• Ensure data integrity, quality, and security in all analytical processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

Strong proficiency in Python/R & SQL for data analysis and model building.

Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).

Expertise in statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and recommendation systems.

Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving skills with a business-first mindset.

Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
