Data Management Trainee

Maintains database by entering new and updated customer and account information

Help managers complete daily tasks (e.g. implementing new policies)

Get familiar with personnel duties Manage customers and client relationship according to need

Help managers in evaluating performance (e.g. writing reports, analyzing data)

Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Participate in company s strategic planning

Qualifications

Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office

Strong verbal and written skills in English

Proven 2+ year work experience in data management

Quick typing skills, attention to details, computer savy

Experience in management or similar/relevant field (e.g. Customer Services, Data entry, Sales etc.)

Effective communication skills
