Senior PHP Laravel Vue.Js Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior PHP Laravel & Vue.Js Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Laravel. Exceptional leadership abilities, and a proven track record of managing and delivering complex technical projects on time. As a Senior PHP Laravel Developer, you will play a critical role in overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from conception to completion, while ensuring alignment with our business objectives. The role will include project/team management and some hands development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using PHP Laravel framework.
• Experience with VueJS/ReactJS, (also Wordpress is beneficial)
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Lead and manage multi-functional technical projects [web/mobile] simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals and objectives.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary to keep projects on track.
• Actively participate in the technical aspects of projects, including writing and reviewing code, performing technical assessments, and ensuring quality standards are met.
• Design and implement database structures for web applications.
• Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing applications.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously enhance your skills.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging team members to contribute ideas and solutions.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 6-9 years of proven experience as a PHP Laravel Developer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of PHP and Laravel framework.
• Must have 3-5 years of experience with VueJS.
• Expertise in Laravel automation packages.
• Familiarity with front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• High-level knowledge of mobile application development.
• Experience with MySQL or other relational databases.
• Good to have experience with WordPress.
• Independently manage client calls and address client queries efficiently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Quick and responsive to emails, calls and tickets.
• Proven experience as a Team lead or similar role, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Must have good knowledge of time tracking software of Jira and Bitbucket.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Aspires to grow into a full-fledged development lead. Is proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Enjoys both the technical and management aspects of project work.

Team Size: 15 Employees

Working Hours: 10:30 am to 7:30 pm Indian Standard Time

Location: Office located in Powai/Vikhroli

Days of work: Monday to Friday
