Good communication skills to work with clients to understand requirements.
Good experience working with Upwork, Freelancer and PPH platform.
Ability to research, create and present plans, analysis technical reports to
executive team members by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
Ability to analyze current business processes and make recommendations for improvement.
Ability to monitors projects progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions.
Ability to use a variety of data analysis and organizational tools to uncover insights. Skills/ Experience:
Expertise in business requirement analysis requirement gathering, documentation, etc.
Expertise in SQL and Databases
Strong proficiency in writing SRS and functional documentation, test coverage, etc. Expertise in UI/UX design
Capable of interacting with technical and functional teams and communicating challenges and risks
Must be a good team player and a quick learner
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Good to have:

Knowledge Adobe XD or other prototyping tools
Self-motivated to learn new products and tools in the BI/BA/UI area
Education: Bachelors or higher degree in computer science or equivalent.
Should have 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
Bachelor s Degree in Business, Accounting, IT or any related field
Proven experience as a Business Analyst
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
The ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Effective communication and leadership skills
Proficiency in maintaining issue logs, meeting minutes, meeting schedules, project summaries and updates.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
