HR Manager

Job Title: HEAD - HR

Location: Shapar - Rajkot, Gujarat
Experience: 3-4 years
Salary: 30,000 - 40,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Manage end-to-end hiring processes for technical and non-technical roles.
  
• Employee Onboarding & Training: Ensure smooth onboarding, orientation, and training programs.
  
• HR Compliance & Policies: Implement corporate HR policies, adhere to labor laws, and ensure regulatory compliance.
  
• Payroll & Benefits Management: Handle salary processing, PF, ESI, and tax compliance.
  
• Performance Management: Establish KPIs, conduct appraisals, and ensure employee growth.
  
• Employee Engagement: Maintain a positive workplace culture, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
  
• HR Documentation & Reporting: Maintain records, prepare reports, and coordinate with management.
  

Candidate Profile:

• Education: MBA (HR) / PGDM in HR / B.Com / B.B.A. / Exp in HR Jobs for Min 3 years / Equivalent Qualification.
  
• Experience: 3-4 years in corporate HR, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setup.
  
• Skills:
  
• Strong understanding of HR regulations and compliance
  
• Experience in handling payroll and legal HR matters
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Proficiency in HRMS software
