Flutter developer

Young Decade IT Software Solution is seeking a skilled and experienced Flutter Developer to join our in-house development team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in mobile app development using Flutter, along with a strong understanding of UI/UX, state management, and app performance optimization.

� � Key Responsibilities: ● Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter ● Collaborate with designers to implement intuitive and responsive UIs ● Integrate and manage RESTful APIs and app data ● Write clean, scalable, and efficient Dart code ● Utilize state management solutions such as Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc ● Conduct unit testing and troubleshoot performance issues ● Deploy applications to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store ● Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices ● Ensure consistent app performance across different platforms and devices ● Participate in regular code reviews and team discussions ✨ Qualifications: ✅ 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Flutter development ✅ Strong command of Dart, Flutter SDK, and third-party libraries ✅ Experience with Firebase, push notifications, and analytics tools ✅ Familiarity with Postman, Figma, and version control (Git) ✅ Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles ✅ Published apps on Play Store and App Store is a plus ✅ Knowledge of native Android or iOS development (preferred) ✅ Strong communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills
