About Profile:

Position - Business Analyst
Experience 5 to 8 years
Location Jaipur (WFO) (5 days a week)
Notice Period - Immediate Joiners

Role Description

Requirements Gathering:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and elicit clear and concise requirements.
Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
Documentation :
Create detailed and well-organized business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and use cases.
Maintain comprehensive documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Data Analysis:
Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide insights and support decision-making.
Work closely with data engineers to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Process Improvement:
Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement approved changes.
Project Management:
Assist in project planning, tracking, and reporting.
Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Stakeholder Communication:
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals and objectives.
Testing and Validation:
Collaborate with the quality assurance team to develop test plans and validate that solutions meet business requirements.
Training and Support:
Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful implementation and adoption of new processes or systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a track record of successful project delivery.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in using business analysis tools and methodologies.
Familiarity with project management principles.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
