Role Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership in technology development and implementation, as well as a deep understanding of emerging technologies and trends.

Profile Summary:

• Experience 8 to 10 Years



• Location Jaipur (On-site) (5 Days a Week)



• Notice Period - up to 45 Days.



• Job-Type Fulltime/ Permanent

Roles Resposibilities:

Technical Expertise:

• Strong technical background with expertise in software development, deployment, testing, administration and architecture,



• Should have at least 2+ years of experience in team-leading/ project leading.



• Hands on expertise of at least 4 Years into Full Stack / MERN Stack Developemnt.



• Should have worked on projects of at least one following combination with minimum 2 Years of experience:
  a) Python along with Django
  b) C# along with dot net (.NET)
  c) PHP along with Laravel



• Candidates having a working knowledge of application development using React Native will be preferred.

Leadership Responsibilities:

• Oversees assigned technical team withing the given projects and assignments.



• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable and secure software solutions.



• Collaborate with other departments to identify technological needs and opportunities for improvement.



• Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, providing strategic guidance and insights on technology-related matters.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or other relevant advanced degree is a plus.



• Certifications in relevant technologies or project management methodologies are desirable.
