HR Executive (Fresher)

Job Description:

A3 IT Solutions is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Executive (Fresher) to join our team. This is a great opportunity for candidates who want to start their career in Human Resources and gain hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process (job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).

• Maintain employee records and assist in HR documentation.

• Support onboarding and orientation of new employees.

• Help in implementing HR policies and procedures.

• Provide support in day-to-day HR operations.

• Fresher candidates only (0 years of experience).

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR domain.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
