Next Big Technology (NBT) is offering an exciting HR Internship opportunity for freshers who are passionate about Human Resources. This internship will give you hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, and core HR activities.

🔑 Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).

• Help with onboarding and induction of new hires.

• Maintain HR records and databases.

• Support employee engagement initiatives.

• Assist in day-to-day HR operations and documentation.

• Any graduate / pursuing degree in HR, Management, or related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Eagerness to learn and build a career in HR.
